Return Policy

leyidress is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied for quality reasons, you may return your purchase within 45 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!

1. Email qiansehua@gmail.com or call +8619962670223 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

2. We do not accept any returns after 45 days from ship date.

3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

4. To cancel an order, please contact Leyidress as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

HOW TO RETURN

To return by mail - Use your packing slip OR return form to return by mail using the carrier of your choice.

1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.

2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 7 days from receiving the return form.

3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center.

Leyidress is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. 

REFUNDS

After we receive the return we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping charge, and credit it to the original payment method. The processing time for a return may take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your return.

If your order received free shipping, the return is subject to a 5% restocking fee. The restock fee will be a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $60. 

Please note:
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
* Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
* As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE DRESSES:

At Leyidress, we understand that you may want the dress to ideal fit! To help you out, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses. Custom sizing takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you!

A few things to remember about custom dresses:

Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.

We understand that sometimes small alterations are needed, we offer limited alterations reimbursement for only our custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest! Yes, it really is that easy!
